Software License: We license our software to Financial Institutions ("Clients"). The software is installed directly onto the Client’s own cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, On-Premise).
Borrower Data: We do not store, own, or act as the primary data controller for the loan applicant or borrower data processed by the Encore360 software. This data resides exclusively on the Client’s servers.
Access: Our engineers access Client systems only when explicitly authorized for maintenance, updates, or support, via secure, logged channels (VPN/Bastion Hosts).
